DocuSign Facility
Arklow Credit Union is delighted to announce our new DocuSign eSignature facility. This tool allows members to sign loan application forms online from the comfort of their home.
To access the DocuSign eSignature facility;
- Log into your online account here.
- Go to the Members Area and click Apply for a Loan.
- Complete the online Loan Application Form and click Submit.
- A loan officer from Arklow Credit Union will then contact the member to request further documentation if required.
- Assessment of the loan application will begin once this documentation is uploaded.
- If approved, the member will receive the loan documents electronically for signing. A text message will notify the member of this status.
- Once signed, the funds will be sent electronically to the member's bank account.
To be eligible to use the DocuSign eSignature facility;
- You must be registered for online banking with Arklow Credit Union.
- The loan application must be on a single account.
- The maximum total loan amount must not exceed €50,000.00.
- A guarantor must not be required for loan approval.
